Welcome! New protocols will be implemented going forward:

• You must reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms of COVID-19 that are not related to a known or pre-existing condition
  
  • fever
  • a new or changed chronic cough
  • a sore throat
  • a runny nose
  • nasal congestion
  • shortness of breath
  • traveled internationally within the last 14 days
  • have had unprotected close contact with individuals who have a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19 (e.g. individuals exposed without appropriate PPE in use).

• Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment, our reception area is not spacious.

• Health screening will be required prior to each appointment.

• Client and Therapist MUST wear a mask during the appointment. I recommend you bring your own disposable/reusable mask.

• Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all touch surfaces will be carried out between clients.

• Hand sanitizer will be readily available.

I am a registered 2200 hour therapist in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta. I have over 17

years experience working with clients of all ages who seek health and wellness treatments including: Deep Tissue,

Relaxation (Swedish), Prenatal massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Myofascial cupping.
